So I want to start this off by saying that this isn’t my personal story, but one of my old substitute teachers’. I first heard this around 4 or 5 years ago, but, because of my love for creepy things and its mystery I can’t help but remember it.
I forget his name, but let’s say.. Mr. News. Mr. News explained that when he was a kid (maybe 11 or 12, I’d say 1970s) he would deliver newspapers as a way to make simple money. He had a couple of houses that he would hit every trip but I remember this one was either a first-time or the family just didn’t get newspapers much. Anyway, he was biking up to this house that he described as having a HUGE front and back yard, and he walked up their yard a little to throw it closer to their actual deck. While he was walking, though, Mr. News heard a bone-chilling scream that he said sounded like someone being murdered in front of him. Even though he was terrified as a little boy, he continued walking until he heard another one, this time way louder. He looked around a little and eventually saw a small opening under their porch that created a mini hole, just big enough for a child to sit in and to see from the outside. He said there was a little kid sat in this hole, covered in dirt completely head-to-toe to the point where he wasn’t even sure what their gender was. By their size and voice, though, he was sure they were a child around his age. As this poor kid saw him, they let out their hand to reach for him and screamed one last time, with their voice apparently breaking a little and sounding super hoarse. Because he was a scared little kid, he ran off without helping them and never told anyone until years later. He said that, to this day, that was easily one of his biggest regrets in life.
I’m not sure what was going on, but my best bets are either parental abuse or kidnapping. Either way, it’s heartbreaking, and I really hope this kid ended up surviving.

I've been looking into the MSc Advanced Computer Science program at the University and being an international applicant, I'm concerned about how the department is. I know it's not the most comprehensive criteria, but just looking at the university and department rankings (92 and 200-250 respectively), I'm unable to make an informed decision anyway. On a side note, kinda scared by the whole Brexit scene and their declining economy. Is it a good idea to study there right now? I would at least hope to work a few years there.

Okay, so first off, Aspire is wonderful and I have so much appreciation for everyone who has taken the time and effort to make it the amazing resource it is.
Now, regarding how credit cards are handled in the spreadsheet, they really only work with the understanding that you're paying everything charged on them month to month. Which is a fantastic goal, however, let's be a bit realistic. That's not how many are able to actually use their credit cards. Right now, it moves money to the CC payment category no matter if there's actually money budgeted for that charge or not (say I charge $20 in groceries, but have no money budgeted for groceries, it still shows I have $20 available to repay that grocery charge on that card when really, I don't.) This also applies for interest charges. Sometimes it's just not financially feasible to pay that interest charge every single month. But even though I have it set as a non-reporting, hidden category - if I enter that interest charge on the transaction sheet, there it goes, right into that CC payment category, appearing as if that money is available for me to pay it. When again, really, I don't.
Is there any way to update the formulas on the spreadsheet to make this work more like YNAB does, where it ONLY moves money into that CC payment category IF there is money budgeted in the original category? I don't know enough about coding the formulas, especially on such a complex document, to try and make this happen on my own. I'd really appreciate any help or advice anybody can give.
Maybe someday I can have my finances where I can easily pay off every single charge I made plus any interest charges that might occur, but that day is not today. I know I can't be alone in this.
